Delivery and Risk

1.1 The delivery and transfer of risk of the product and the packaging shall be the place and time when the products are ready for shipment.
1.2 The Buyer shall guarantee that no obstacles, attributable to him, shall hinder DuPhaMed to meet the agreed terms.
1.3 If the Buyer does not take the products in due time or for an non valid reason, he shall be in default, without the necessity of a prior written notice. DuPhaMed shall be entitled to stock the products for costs and risk of Buyer or to sell the products to any third party. The Buyer shall be obliged to fulfil the purchase price, with accrued interest and costs, for title of repair of damage.
1.4 The Buyer shall be obliged to take all the necessary measures to enable DuPhaMed to fulfil its obligations connected to the delivery of products.

Delivery times

2.1 The delivery times indicated by DuPhaMed are based on the prevailing conditions at the time of the conclusion of the agreement and shall be met as closely as possible.
2.2 All delivery times mentioned shall be effective as of the date of the written order confirmation by DuPhaMed. If DuPhaMed requires additional data or assets to execute the agreement, which are to be supplied by the Buyer, delivery time shall be effective as of the day that the data or assets necessary have been supplied to DuPhaMed or, albeit not sooner than the date of the written order confirmation.
2.3 Any excess of the delivery time shall not entitle Buyer to repair of damage, nor shall it entitle Buyer to cancel or terminate the agreement.

3.1 The countries we supply to are: Austria, Belgium, Brasil, Chili, Czech Republik, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, Ukraine, United States of America, United Kingdom and Uruguay.
